Director of Research
Nolan is is second-year Biomedical Science major with minors in Global Public Health and Pharmaceutical Science. He is from St. Henry, Ohio. He has always been interested in research and has been extensively involved in a neuroscience research lab on campus. He is passionate about applying research techniques for the betterment of USG and the student body as a whole.
The Research Committee is committed to serving Ohio State students through initiatives within USG as well as initiatives that reach to the entire student body. We strive to implement the principles and techniques of research to analyze metrics related to student life, gauge student interest in different activities/events, and promote productive change on campus. Additionally, the committee serves to promote undergraduate research involvement through the dispersal of helpful resources and hosting of informational events.

Julia is a 1st-year majoring in Public Policy Analysis with a minor in business. She is from Fort Worth, Texas and Korea. She is passionate about research and wants to make research opportunities more available for undergraduate students.

Nate is a 1st-year Aerospace Engineering major who joined the research committee to advocate for his fellow students’ needs and help OSU reach its full potential. In his free time, he enjoys playing video games with his cousin and spending time with loved ones or at his church. He aims to have a career in advanced mobility after he graduates.
