Establishing Internal Functionality & Driving Performance
The Operations group works together to manage the non-policy operations of the organization. In order to best serve the student body, USG requires management regarding relationships with our constituents, internal personnel management, marketing our work, and giving a voice to students who feel as if their voices are not heard. The goal of Operations is to provide infrastructure and support for USG so that the functionality of the organization is inclusive and purposeful, which in turn ensures that our policy and project goals are successful.
