Internal Operations

Role and Mission

The Internal Operations Committee keeps USG running smoothly behind the scenes—think of us as the group that makes the magic happen. From planning events to organizing communication and supporting member growth, we handle the details that keep everyone connected. Our goal is to cultivate a welcoming, energetic community where every student feels valued and ready to make an impact. 

Projects

Manage Membership Systems  

Regularly manage communication and data systems (Excel, GroupMe, Canvas) for over 300 members, keeping records organized and ensuring smooth coordination across platforms  

Oversee BuckID Office Access  

Manage and maintain secure BuckID access to the SUG office, ensuring authorized members could enter 

Other Projects: 

  • Internal and external feedback forms

  • Monthly newsletter for the student body

  • External workshops

  • Management of the organization’s roster

  • Ensuring that members uphold our membership policy

Accomplishments

Office & Storage Reorganization  

Reorganized USG office and storage closet to improve organization  

Audit System  

Created a new audit system to track inventory and keep materials up to date
