  • To make my constituents more aware of who their senators are, I would encourage the USG website to be a more familiar resource. A list of all the senators, the seats they hold, and their contact information is provided. Also, by attending all USG and USG-sponsored meetings and events, I would be able to spread my name among many of my constituents.
  • In response to USG being resume padding, I would agree. USG is a great organization that solves problems, makes improvements, and plans events all for the undergraduate student body. In doing this, members acquire useful skills and learn valuable lessons for the real work world, something that should definitely be included on a resume. Active students are able to take their knowledge from USG and apply them later in life. Although resume padding is a negative term, including USG on your resume is very honorable and respectable thing.
  • I would like to see USG become a more all-inclusive organization with a greater mix of students. Having more members and higher attendance at meetings, especially cabinet, would only generate more ideas for helping make Ohio State better and the undergraduate population happier.

  • My least favorite day of the year is any day that rains. No day is automatically a bad day, but everything is always better when there is lots of sunshine.
